Once an order is confirmed:

Once you buy a product from our website, you will get an email confirming your order. This means that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase and that we have received your order in our system.  When the order is received we will confirm the item is in stock.  If your purchase is on back order or out of stock you can do two things: We can cancel the order and refund you your money or if the item is on back order we can hold your payment until the item is back in stock.  If your purchase is available for shipment right away (usually 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment and process the charges accordingly. 

Once an order is shipped: 

A product is usally shipped within five days as long as it in stock and we have processed your payment.  Sometimes it can take longer depending on the product you are buying and if its in a certain finish.  Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation shortly afterwards with a tracking number included.  If you have not recieved your tracking information from us after six business days of your order, please contact us and let us know at info@cloud9showers.com

Damaged Products:

We request that you inspect the product(s) once you have received your package for any damages that could have possibly taken place during shipment.  If you see any damage please make note of it when you are signing for the delivery.  If your products(s) are delivered damaged, email photos of it to info@cloud9showers.com . Once we have reviewed the photos and can confirm the damages we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Product Refunds/Cancellations:

After 48 hours, any products ordered that are cancelled are subject to a $20 administration fee.  This is the case whether your order has shipped or not. If your product has already been shipped and you would like to return it the buyer will also be accountable for the actual return shipping charges.   There could possibly be a restocking fee as well.  We will only issue refunds back to the credit card that was originally used when you made your purchase.  

We do our best to make sure that we offer the best prices online.  Within six months of your purchase date, if you find another price online that is cheaper we will issue a partial refund! Our hope is for you to be sure that you are getting the absolute best price available for the products you plan to order.  To send in a partial refund request email us a link to the product that is advertised for a lower price and we will begin processing your request.

Our 100% Price Guarantee does have a few parameters:

  • You must buy the product from our website before  we can begin the process a partial refund
  • The product must be from a competitors online store and can not have a retail location
  • On the website of the competitor, the product must be in stock.
  • The competitor must be an Authorized re-seller of the product in question
  • The competitors website can not be a discount website or an auction site (For example, Ebay or Overstock)
  • The Price Match Guarantee will not include sales tax and does include the item price and the shipping charges.
