Once you buy a product from our website, you will get an email confirming your order. This means that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase and that we have received your order in our system. When the order is received we will confirm the item is in stock. If your purchase is on back order or out of stock you can do two things: We can cancel the order and refund you your money or if the item is on back order we can hold your payment until the item is back in stock. If your purchase is available for shipment right away (usually 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment and process the charges accordingly.

Sometimes it can take longer depending on the product you are buying and if its in a certain finish. Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation shortly afterwards with a tracking number included. If you have not recieved your tracking information from us after six business days of your order, please contact us and let us know at email@example.com

If you see any damage please make note of it when you are signing for the delivery. If your products(s) are delivered damaged, email photos of it to firstname.lastname@example.org . Once we have reviewed the photos and can confirm the damages we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
